Queen Elizabeth II features on the obverse side of 2021 Tuvalu The Simpsons Marge & Maggie Silver Coins. In this right-profile design, Her Majesty is shown wearing the Girls of Great Britain and Ireland Tiara on her head. Designed in 1998 by Ian Rank-Broadley, this effigy served as the fourth-generation portrait of the Queen through 2015. Reverse

History
This design is a clever twist on the opening sequences of every Simpsons episode. As Marge shops at the local grocery store with Maggie, the young infant becomes swept up with the groceries and is rung up by the check-out person, then winding up in a bag with the other groceries.
