Each 2022 American Eagle 1 oz Gold Coin is carefully encased in an NGC protective plastic slab, certified as MS70 by the NGC. MS70 coins are perfect specimens with no detractions and feature their full, original mint luster.
Obverse
The obverse side of 2022 American Eagle Gold Coins features the depiction of Liberty, originally sculpted by Augustus Saint-Gaudens in 1907. This iconic image portrays Liberty walking forward with a torch and olive branch, with the U.S. Capitol building at her feet. Inscriptions on the field include LIBERTY, and 2022.
Reverse
On the reverse side, the new Jennie Norris design takes center stage, featuring a striking left-profile relief of the American bald eagle. Inscriptions read UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, E PLURIBUS UNUM, IN GOD WE TRUST, JN, 1 OZ, 50 DOLLARS, and FINE GOLD.

The United States Mint debuted the American Eagle Gold Series in 1986 with four different gold weights offered to investors and collectors alike. It remains one of the most popular bullion coins in the world. Also available are proof and burnished versions of gold coins in this series.

For those orders of $999.99 or less, there is no need to sign for your package. However, you may select the option to require a signature at delivery if you want. This can be chosen and paid for at checkout. All orders of $1000 or more require a signature to complete delivery.
