Obverse

Known as Walking Liberty, this depiction shows the full-length figure of Liberty walking in left-profile relief toward the sun on the horizon. The field includes an American flag draped around her figure with accompanying inscriptions of LIBERTY, IN GOD WE TRUST, and 2022.
Reverse

History
The new design on the reverse of 2022 American Eagle Silver Coins debuted in 2021 and enjoys its first full-year issue in 2022. It was created by Emily Damstra, a member of the United States Mint Artistic Infusion Program.
