Obverse
On the obverse field of 2022 Antique Australian Dragon and Tiger Coins is an effigy of Queen Elizabeth II. When Jody Clark designed this portrait for the Royal Mint in 2015, he was the youngest engraver to have a portrait accepted for coinage. A beautiful guilloche pattern is included along the border as well as inscriptions reading ELIZABETH II, AUSTRALIA, 60 DOLLARS.
Reverse
The reverse side of these 2022 Dragon and Tiger 2 Kilo Silver Coins depicts the faces of a tiger and dragon. The tiger is shown on top, while the dragon is shown beneath with wide eyes and a gaping jaw. You will see inscriptions along the rim that read TIGER AND DRAGON, 2022 2 KILO .9999 SILVER.
History
