Obverse
An inscribed circle appears on the Tiger’s obverse side, displaying a Mongolian coat of arms, the coin’s face value, and its weight and silver contents. Beneath it is the inscription “2022” to mark the year of issue.
Reverse
This coin’s reverse side shows the figure of a Tiger recumbent, carved in high-relief detail. He is shown with wide eyes and a friendly, almost goofy smile, as befits his role as the Charming Tiger personifying social virtues and gregariousness.
History

The current Lunar Year is associated with the Tiger sign, and in particular with the Water Tiger, a version of the Tiger that promises intelligence, humor, and social grace to children born in this year. In a way, we could call it the Year of the Charming Tiger.
