History
Throughout her reign, Elizabeth proved to be incredibly consistent, maintaining the integrity of the Royal Family during its many trials and triumphs. She passed away at Balmoral Castle on September 8th, 2022, at the age of 96. Her son Charles was immediately declared her successor. At the age of 73, Charles III is the oldest British monarch to be crowned king.
