Obverse
Hedwig the owl is featured in a high-relief engraving on the coin’s obverse side, carrying Harry Potter’s advanced Nimbus 2000 broom with the Banquet Hall at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry forming a backdrop.
Reverse
The coin’s reverse side features the coat of arms of Hogwarts with a scroll beneath it bearing a motto that translates to “Never Tickle a Sleeping Dragon.” It’s framed by decorative engraving around the rim and it carries inscriptions of the coin’s face value and the Harry Potter logo.
History
