History
Ancient Egypt begins around 3100 BC and lasts until roughly 332 BC. The markers for this period are generally the unification of the region up until its conquest by Alexander the Great. In honor of the majesty, mystery, and alure of this ancient world, Scottsdale Mint developed the Egyptian Relic Series in partnership with the Republic of Chad. The series launched in 2016 with the King Tut design and continues now with its 10th overall release.
