Obverse
In the obverse design of the 2023 Proof British Commemorative Britannia Silver Coin is an all-new portrait of King Charles III in left-profile relief. Following the passing of Queen Elizabeth II, the new monarch took the throne, and with each new release, the Royal Mint has been unveiling his effigy on British coinage gradually. Reverse
The 2023 1 oz Proof Silver Commemorative Britannia Coins showcase a new image of Britannia on their reverse side. In frontal relief, she is portrayed holding a Union Jack shield and a trident, guiding a chariot that is being pulled by seahorses. Inscriptions include BRITANNIA, 1 OZ, 999 FINE SILVER, and 2023.

Proof British Britannia Silver Coins have long used a rotating approach to the design of Britannia. The 2023 coin is the first to feature a new monarch, and not just for the Proof Britannias, but for the entire series. Since its 1987 introduction, the Britannia Series has only ever featured Queen Elizabeth II.

When the subtotal of your purchase, including applicable discounts, is $199 or more, you receive free shipping for your entire order. In order to receive free shipping on purchases of $199 or more, you must live within the 50 US states. For orders less than $199, a $9.95 shipping fee applies. All orders of $199 or more that are eligible for free shipping are, by default, shipped via a carrier of our choice (USPS or UPS). Depending on the contents and size of your purchase, you may be able to upgrade to a specific carrier during checkout.
For those orders of $999.99 or less, there is no need to sign for your package. However, you may select the option to require a signature at delivery if you want. This can be chosen and paid for at checkout. All orders of $1000 or more require a signature to complete delivery.
