The American Silver Eagle is one of the most well-known silver bullion coins worldwide. For 2024, the U.S. Mint has added a new feature to the series: a Star Privy mark. This mark is part of the Mints collaboration with external companies to attract a new generation of collectors. The Star Privy mark is a significant new addition to the design, making these coins more collectible. Obverse
The obverse of the 2024 (P) Star Privy American Eagle Silver Coin features the famous Walking Liberty design, which was created by Adolph A. Weinman in 1916. Liberty is shown walking toward the horizon, draped in the American flag. The newly introduced Star Privy mark appears just below the artist’s signature, making this coin the first U.S. bullion coin to feature a privy mark. Inscriptions include LIBERTY, IN GOD WE TRUST, 2024, and the Star Privy mark.
Reverse
On the reverse of 2024 (P) Star Privy Eagle 1 oz Silver Coins, you will find Emily Damstras design of the American bald eagle. The eagle is shown in flight with its wings spread wide and holding an oak branch in its talons, symbolizing strength and freedom. Inscriptions read UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, E PLURIBUS UNUM, 1 OZ FINE SILVER, and ONE DOLLAR.
History
This 2024 issue marks the second time the U.S. Mint has collaborated with an external company to appeal to younger collectors. The first such collaboration was with DC Comics, and now the Mint has partnered with Nice Gang, the creators of Eighth Era, to introduce this new Star Privy design.

Most Provident orders are shipped within one (1) business day of your payment clearing. Payments made via PayPal clear instantly. Bitcoin payments clear instantly once the transaction is confirmed. Credit Card and bank wire payments process within 1 business day. ACH and paper check payments take 3-5 business days. Once payments are processed, products are released to fulfillment for packaging and shipping.
All orders of $199 or more that are eligible for free shipping are, by default, shipped via a carrier of our choice (USPS or UPS). Depending on the contents and size of your purchase, you may be able to upgrade to a specific carrier during checkout.
For those orders of $999.99 or less, there is no need to sign for your package. However, you may select the option to require a signature at delivery if you want. This can be chosen and paid for at checkout. All orders of $1000 or more require a signature to complete delivery.
Provident is only able to ship to addresses in any of the 50 US states. This includes P.O. boxes and APO addresses.
