The United States Mint reintroduced the Peace Silver Dollar in 2021 to celebrate 100 years since the coins original debut. After pausing production in 2022, the Mint brought the coin back again in 2023 and 2024. Showcasing Anthony de Franciscis original design, this modern release continues one of the Mints most well-known series. Today, 2024 Peace Dollar Silver Coins are available at Provident Metals.

Each 2024 Peace Dollar Silver Coin in this listing is shipped inside a protective plastic capsule. Buyers may receive either a BU or a Proof version of the coin, but we cannot guarantee which will be sent. Ordering more than one coin could result in receiving duplicates, such as two BU specimens.
Obverse
The obverse of the 2024 Peace Dollar Coin features Lady Liberty in left-profile relief. A radiant crown rests on her head, with flowing hair and the standard inscriptions rounding out the artwork. Inscriptions include LIBERTY, IN GOD WE TRVST, and 2024.
Reverse
The reverse of the 2024 Peace Dollar Silver Coin shows a bald eagle resting on a rock ledge. The bird is presented in right-profile relief with the Sun rising in the background. Standard inscriptions of denomination and nation are included. Inscriptions read UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, E PLURIBUS UNUM, ONE DOLLAR, and PEACE.
History
Peace Silver Dollars were first issued between 1921 and 1935, with no coins struck from 1929 through 1933. The Pittman Act of 1918 authorized the design, which was meant to symbolize peace after World War I. In 2021, the Mint restarted the series to honor its centennial anniversary.

For those orders of $999.99 or less, there is no need to sign for your package. However, you may select the option to require a signature at delivery if you want. This can be chosen and paid for at checkout. All orders of $1000 or more require a signature to complete delivery.
