History
The Jokers origin story has been explored in various media, but the most well-known version is from Alan Moores graphic novel The Killing Joke (1988). In this version, he is depicted as a struggling comedian who, after falling into a vat of chemicals during a botched robbery, transforms into the chaotic and unhinged villain we know today.
