Obverse
The obverse of the 2024 African Wildlife Leopard 1 oz Silver Coin displays the Somali coat of arms. This design, present on all coins in the African Wildlife Series, features a crowned shield with horizontal lines and a single star in the center. Inscriptions read SOMALI REPUBLIC, 2024, and 100 SHILLINGS.
Reverse
On the reverse of the 2024 Somalia African Wildlife Leopard Silver Coins, you will find a depiction of two leopards. An adult leopard is shown sitting next to its cub on a rocky outcrop. The gilded feature enhances this side, with the adult and cub adorned in a thin layer of 24-karat gold. The inscriptions read AFRICAN WILDLIFE, LEOPARD, and 1 OZ AG 999.9.
History
Leopards are opportunistic hunters with a diet that includes various prey such as antelope, deer, birds, and sometimes smaller mammals. They are known for their stealth and ability to stalk prey closely before making a quick, powerful pounce.

These 2024 Somalia African Wildlife Leopard 1 oz Silver Coins are in Brilliant Uncirculated condition. The coins are housed in individual acrylic capsules and feature the 24-karat gold application on the reverse side only.
