Obverse
The obverse of the 2025 American Eagle Gold Coins showcases the historic design of Lady Liberty created by Augustus Saint-Gaudens in 1907. This iconic image features Liberty standing tall with a torch in her right hand and an olive branch in her left, surrounded by sunrays, stars, and the U.S. Capitol Building. Inscriptions here include LIBERTY, 2025, and Saint-Gaudens’ signature mark.
Reverse
On the reverse of the 2025 Eagle 1/10 oz Gold Coin, youll find a detailed depiction of the American bald eagle. This design, introduced by Jennie Norris in 2021, shows the eagles head in left-profile relief and marked the 35th anniversary of the Gold Eagle series. The inscriptions include UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, E PLURIBUS UNUM, IN GOD WE TRUST, 5 DOLLARS, and 1/10 OZ. FINE GOLD.
History
Over the years, the US Mint has produced the 1/10 oz Gold Eagle in three variations. The 1/10 oz Brilliant Uncirculated (BU) Gold Eagle has been released every year since its debut in 1986. The 1/10 oz Proof Gold Eagle was first minted in 1988 and has been issued annually since, except in 2009. The 1/10 oz Burnished Gold Eagle was a short-lived version produced only from 2006 to 2008.

For those orders of $999.99 or less, there is no need to sign for your package. However, you may select the option to require a signature at delivery if you want. This can be chosen and paid for at checkout. All orders of $1000 or more require a signature to complete delivery.
