The series features Lady Liberty on the obverse and the American bald eagle on the reverse, both symbols of the United States. The 2025 American Eagle 1/2 oz Gold Coins are now available at Provident Metals.
Highlights:
All 2025 American Eagle 1/2 oz Gold Coins at Provident Metals are graded Mint State 69. These coins have full mint luster and only two minor imperfections, which may include light marks or hairlines outside of the focal area. The First Strike certification indicates that the coins were graded within 30 days of release by the U.S. Mint.
Obverse
On the obverse of the 2025 American Eagle Gold Coin, Lady Liberty, designed by Augustus Saint-Gaudens in 1907, stands strong and graceful. Holding a torch and an olive branch, with the U.S. Capitol building at her feet, she is a representation of American ideals. Inscriptions read LIBERTY and 2025.
Reverse
The reverse of the 2025 Eagle 1/2 oz Gold Coin features the American bald eagle, redesigned by Jennie Norris in 2020. The eagle is shown in left-profile relief, representing the strength and unity of the nation. Inscriptions include UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, IN GOD WE TRUST, E PLURIBUS UNUM, 1/2 OZ FINE GOLD, and 25 DOLLARS.
History
The American bald eagle has been featured on the reverse of Gold Eagle Coins since their introduction in 1986. A symbol of strength and freedom, the bald eagle has been an important part of U.S. history, representing the nation’s values of liberty and independence. The eagle’s majestic flight signifies the nations spirit of freedom.

When the subtotal of your purchase, including applicable discounts, is $199 or more, you receive free shipping for your entire order. In order to receive free shipping on purchases of $199 or more, you must live within the 50 US states. For orders less than $199, a $9.95 shipping fee applies. All products are discreetly packaged and shipped with full insurance included.
Most Provident orders are shipped within one (1) business day of your payment clearing. Payments made via PayPal clear instantly. Bitcoin payments clear instantly once the transaction is confirmed. Credit Card and bank wire payments process within 1 business day. ACH and paper check payments take 3-5 business days. Once payments are processed, products are released to fulfillment for packaging and shipping.
All orders of $199 or more that are eligible for free shipping are, by default, shipped via a carrier of our choice (USPS or UPS). Depending on the contents and size of your purchase, you may be able to upgrade to a specific carrier during checkout.
For those orders of $999.99 or less, there is no need to sign for your package. However, you may select the option to require a signature at delivery if you want. This can be chosen and paid for at checkout. All orders of $1000 or more require a signature to complete delivery.
Provident is only able to ship to addresses in any of the 50 US states. This includes P.O. boxes and APO addresses.
