The American Gold Eagle Coin Series has been showcasing iconic American symbols like Lady Liberty and the bald eagle since its debut in 1986. The United States Mint has released the Gold Eagle annually ever since. Now, Provident Metals offers the certified 2025 American Eagle 1/2 oz Gold Coins.

Each 2025 American Eagle 1/2 oz Gold Coin is in Mint State 70 condition, meaning it is a perfect coin with no imperfections. MS70 coins feature original mint luster and are considered flawless. The First Day of Issue designation applies to coins that are certified within 24 hours of their release from the mint.
Obverse
The obverse of the 2025 American Eagle Gold Coin features Lady Liberty, an image created by Augustus Saint-Gaudens in 1907 for the $20 Double Eagle coin. She is shown standing tall, holding a torch and an olive branch, with sun rays shining behind her. The inscriptions include LIBERTY and 2025.
Reverse
The reverse side of the 2025 Eagle 1/2 oz Gold Coin depicts the bald eagle, redesigned by Jennie Norris in 2020. This powerful left-profile image was first introduced in 2021. Inscriptions here include UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, IN GOD WE TRUST, E PLURIBUS UNUM, 1/2 OZ FINE GOLD, and 25 DOLLARS.
History
The bald eagle has been a key symbol of the Gold Eagle Coin Series since its launch. The eagle represents strength, freedom, and spirit, values that have long been associated with the United States. The eagle’s ability to soar higher than any other bird made it the ideal choice for the country’s symbol of independence.

When the subtotal of your purchase, including applicable discounts, is $199 or more, you receive free shipping for your entire order. In order to receive free shipping on purchases of $199 or more, you must live within the 50 US states. For orders less than $199, a $9.95 shipping fee applies. All products are discreetly packaged and shipped with full insurance included.
Most Provident orders are shipped within one (1) business day of your payment clearing. Payments made via PayPal clear instantly. Bitcoin payments clear instantly once the transaction is confirmed. Credit Card and bank wire payments process within 1 business day. ACH and paper check payments take 3-5 business days. Once payments are processed, products are released to fulfillment for packaging and shipping.
All orders of $199 or more that are eligible for free shipping are, by default, shipped via a carrier of our choice (USPS or UPS). Depending on the contents and size of your purchase, you may be able to upgrade to a specific carrier during checkout.
For those orders of $999.99 or less, there is no need to sign for your package. However, you may select the option to require a signature at delivery if you want. This can be chosen and paid for at checkout. All orders of $1000 or more require a signature to complete delivery.
Provident is only able to ship to addresses in any of the 50 US states. This includes P.O. boxes and APO addresses.
