These 2025 British Britannia and Liberty 1 oz Silver Coins are in Brilliant Uncirculated condition. Individual coins ship in plastic flips, multiples of 25 are housed in plastic tubes, and bulk orders of 500 coins arrive in Monster Boxes containing 20 tubes.
Obverse
The obverse of the 2025 British Britannia and Liberty Silver Coin features a left-profile portrait of King Charles III. Designed by Martin Jennings in 2022, this depiction of the King is set against a guilloche background. As with past British monarchs on coinage, Charles III is shown without a crown. The inscriptions include CHARLES III, D.G. REX. F.D., and 2 POUNDS.
Reverse
On the reverse of the 2025 Britannia and Liberty 1 oz Silver Coin, Britannia and Liberty are shown standing side by side, each holding items representing their respective nations. Britannia grips a trident, symbolizing naval strength, while Liberty carries a torch, representing enlightenment and freedom. Britannia’s image faded from use after the Roman era but was revived during the Elizabethan period as Britain rose as a maritime power. In contrast, Liberty has remained a lasting emblem of American independence and democracy. The inscriptions read 2025, 1 OZ 999 FINE SILVER, and BRITANNIA AND LIBERTY.
History
Britannia gained prominence in British culture and politics throughout the 18th and 19th centuries, often appearing alongside a British lion in coinage, patriotic art, and political imagery. Meanwhile, Lady Liberty has continued to evolve as a symbol of freedom in the United States. Her image was widely used in propaganda and national artwork during both World Wars, solidifying her role in American identity.

All orders of $199 or more that are eligible for free shipping are, by default, shipped via a carrier of our choice (USPS or UPS). Depending on the contents and size of your purchase, you may be able to upgrade to a specific carrier during checkout.
For those orders of $999.99 or less, there is no need to sign for your package. However, you may select the option to require a signature at delivery if you want. This can be chosen and paid for at checkout. All orders of $1000 or more require a signature to complete delivery.
