Since 1986, the United States Mint has issued a Brilliant Uncirculated (BU) version of the American Silver Eagle each year. For nearly four decades, none of these BU coins featured a privy markuntil the 2024 release introduced the Star Privy. The series continues to evolve with the 2025 Eagle Privy design. The 2025 (P) Eagle Privy American Eagle 1 oz Silver Coins offered here are graded Mint State 69 by NGC. This grade means the coin has its full original luster with only minor flaws that are not easily seen.
Obverse
The obverse design of 2025 (P) Eagle Privy American Eagle Silver Coins features Walking Liberty, created by Adolph A. Weinman. The Eagle Privy mark appears on the lower-right side of the coin, symbolizing the national birds strength and place in American culture. The eagles recovery from near extinction reflects a broader story of national resilience. The inscriptions read LIBERTY, IN GOD WE TRUST, 2025, and the AW signature mark.
Reverse
On the reverse of the 2025 (P) Eagle Privy Eagle 1 oz Silver Coin, artist Emily Damstras modern bald eagle appears in mid-descent. The birds wings stretch upward while its talons reach for an oak branch, representing strength and survival. The inscriptions include UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ONE DOLLAR, 1 OZ FINE SILVER, and E PLURIBUS UNUM.
History
This marks only the second time a BU Silver Eagle features a privy mark. As with the 2024 version, the mintage for the 2025 Eagle Privy is capped at 500,000 coins. That limited production adds collectible appeal to this modern release from the U.S. Mint.

All orders of $199 or more that are eligible for free shipping are, by default, shipped via a carrier of our choice (USPS or UPS). Depending on the contents and size of your purchase, you may be able to upgrade to a specific carrier during checkout.
For those orders of $999.99 or less, there is no need to sign for your package. However, you may select the option to require a signature at delivery if you want. This can be chosen and paid for at checkout. All orders of $1000 or more require a signature to complete delivery.
Provident is only able to ship to addresses in any of the 50 US states. This includes P.O. boxes and APO addresses.
