The American Silver Eagle has been a trusted silver bullion coin from the United States since its first release in 1986. For many years, the design stayed the sameuntil 2024 introduced a new twist with the addition of a privy mark on a BU coin. Obverse
Each 2025 (P) Eagle Privy American Eagle Silver Coin shows Adolph A. Weinmans famous Walking Liberty design on the obverse. This classic image of Liberty walking toward the sun has been part of the series since the beginning. For this edition, a small Eagle Privy mark appears in the right field, showing a bald eagle with wings spread wide in flighta nod to Native American traditions and their respect for the eagle as a powerful spiritual symbol. Inscriptions read LIBERTY, IN GOD WE TRUST, 2025, and the AW signature mark.
Reverse
On the reverse, the artwork by Emily Damstra presents a bald eagle in a realistic pose. Viewed from the side, the eagle clutches an oak branch in its talons while curling its wings behind its body. Introduced in 2021, this version of the eagle brings a strong, determined look to the design and continues the theme of national pride. The inscriptions read UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ONE DOLLAR, 1 OZ FINE SILVER, and E PLURIBUS UNUM.
History
This 2025 Eagle Privy release follows up the 2024 Star Privy, which marked the first time a BU Silver Eagle featured a privy mark. Both editions are limited to a mintage of just 500,000 coins, making them especially appealing to collectors and investors interested in lower-mintage Silver Eagles.

When the subtotal of your purchase, including applicable discounts, is $199 or more, you receive free shipping for your entire order. In order to receive free shipping on purchases of $199 or more, you must live within the 50 US states. For orders less than $199, a $9.95 shipping fee applies. All products are discreetly packaged and shipped with full insurance included.
Most Provident orders are shipped within one (1) business day of your payment clearing. Payments made via PayPal clear instantly. Bitcoin payments clear instantly once the transaction is confirmed. Credit Card and bank wire payments process within 1 business day. ACH and paper check payments take 3-5 business days. Once payments are processed, products are released to fulfillment for packaging and shipping.
All orders of $199 or more that are eligible for free shipping are, by default, shipped via a carrier of our choice (USPS or UPS). Depending on the contents and size of your purchase, you may be able to upgrade to a specific carrier during checkout.
For those orders of $999.99 or less, there is no need to sign for your package. However, you may select the option to require a signature at delivery if you want. This can be chosen and paid for at checkout. All orders of $1000 or more require a signature to complete delivery.
Provident is only able to ship to addresses in any of the 50 US states. This includes P.O. boxes and APO addresses.
