Obverse
The obverse of the 2026 Chinese Panda Gold Coin displays the Hall of Prayer for Abundant Harvests. This structure stands at the center of the Temple of Heaven in Beijing and is one of Chinas most recognized cultural landmarks. Built in 1420 under the Yongle Emperor, it features a circular design and a distinctive blue-tiled triple roof, a fine example of Ming Dynasty architecture. Reverse
On the reverse of 2026 Chinese Panda 30 Gram Gold Coins, two Giant Pandas appear seated close together. One panda leans its head toward the other, creating a tender, peaceful moment. History
The image of the two pandas may reference their brief annual mating period, which occurs in spring from March to May.
