Design
The 3 oz Silver Antique Finish Christ The Redeemer Statue portrays Jesus Christ with arms wide open, a well-known pose meant to express compassion and welcome. Laser engravings and a unique serial number are featured on each piece, enhancing both authenticity and collectible appeal.
History
Located in an open area, the real-life statue faces regular exposure to the elements and is struck by lightning several times each year. One powerful storm in 2008 damaged parts of the monument, including fingers and the head. Afterward, repairs included the addition of new lightning rods and waterproof tiles to help prevent future damage.
