Few mythical creatures provoke the kind of fear that the Kraken elicits. Emerging from the depths, by the time you have laid eyes on the Kraken it is too late to do anything about it. The massive cephalopod no doubt has your ship in its grasp and it is only a matter of time before it will be reduced to lumber or scrap metal. Today, you have the chance to buy 5 oz Copper Kraken Bars online from Provident Metals.

The Norse people were some of the most gifted explorers of the Dark Ages and early Middle Ages. Though the Vikings, as they have become known today, are often remembered for their exploits in warfare and pillaging, this culture also explored the horizons and traded with civilizations thousands of miles away.

On the obverse of 5 oz Copper Kraken Bars, you will find the Anonymous Mints depiction of the Kraken. In this design, the massive cephalopod has emerged from beneath the waters of the North Atlantic to lift a Viking longship right up from the water. The Kraken is using its massive tentacles to encapsulate the ship in its grasp and tear it to pieces. The reverse side of these 5 oz Copper bars is blank.

The Kraken was first recorded in the oral and written traditions of the Vikings, but modern writers and scholars have pointed to its existence in other cultures and corners of the world. It has been linked to the cultures of the ancient world in Greece and Rome, and maps of the Renaissance include images of the Kraken in places such as the South Pacific and the Caribbean.

These 5 oz Copper Kraken Bars are available to you with individual plastic bags and/or protective bubble wrap for delivery.
