While some individuals left a small mark on the office and the nation at large, others have left an indelible mark on the country and the office. President Abraham Lincoln unquestionably falls in the latter group. Provident Metals now has Abraham Lincoln Presidential Collector Cards available to you for purchase online.

Obverse
The obverse of the Abraham Lincoln Presidential Collector Card features a portrait of President Abraham Lincoln. The 16th President of the United States of America, President Lincoln delivered such memorable public speeches as the Gettysburg Address, just four months after the bloody battle in Pennsylvania, and the Emancipation Proclamation.
Reverse
On the reverse face of the Abraham Lincoln Presidential Collector Card are paragraphs offering information on the series and background details on the artist, the elusive Rency. The underground artists identity is not known, but the art produced by Rency is well-known.
History
President Abraham Lincolns election in 1860 came at a tumultuous time for the nation. With relations between the northern and southern states already strained, his election pushed the southern states to secede and form the Confederate States of America. The US Civil War ensued months later and lasted for four years, resulting in 1.5 million casualties between the two sides. While his time in office was tumultuous and tough on the nation, so too was his departure from office. After winning landslide reelection in 1864, President Lincoln became the first President of the United States of America ever to be assassinated while in office.
