As some of these are purchased on the secondary market, these may contain milk spots, contact marks, abrasions, etc. The photo is representative of an Australian Kangaroo and may or may not be the actual design you receive. It will be an authentic Kangaroo issued and minted by the Perth Mint between 1993 and today.
The obverse features a portrait of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, designed by Ian Rank-Broadley. “ELIZABETH II,” “AUSTRALIA,” and the denomination are inscribed around the rim.
A red kangaroo hops across the reverse in front of a backdrop of sun rays. The kangaroo is a large marsupial from Australia that has become a national icon. Inscriptions include “AUSTRALIAN KANGAROO,” along with the year of issue, weight, and purity. The mint’s “P” mintmark is also seen along the right rim.
To enhance the Silver Kangaroo’s security, the Perth Mint added in a security feature in recent years that can only be seen under magnification. There is a micro-engraved letter within the “AUSTRALIAN KANGAROO” heading on the reverse.
Single Silver Kangaroos will ship in plastic flips. Higher quantities may ship in plastic tubes or monster boxes, depending on current inventory.

In order to receive free shipping on purchases of $199 or more, you must live within the 50 US states. For orders less than $199, a $9.95 shipping fee applies. Most Provident orders are shipped within one (1) business day of your payment clearing. Payments made via PayPal clear instantly. Bitcoin payments clear instantly once the transaction is confirmed. Credit Card and bank wire payments process within 1 business day. ACH and paper check payments take 3-5 business days. Once payments are processed, products are released to fulfillment for packaging and shipping.
All orders of $199 or more that are eligible for free shipping are, by default, shipped via a carrier of our choice (USPS or UPS). Depending on the contents and size of your purchase, you may be able to upgrade to a specific carrier during checkout.
For those orders of $999.99 or less, there is no need to sign for your package. However, you may select the option to require a signature at delivery if you want. This can be chosen and paid for at checkout. All orders of $1000 or more require a signature to complete delivery.
Provident is only able to ship to addresses in any of the 50 US states. This includes P.O. boxes and APO addresses.

These are not necessarily Brilliant Uncirculated. Mine arrived with a light scratch across the Queen's face. I compared it to the image here and it definitely is not part of the engraving. I normally don't polish a coin but made an exception for this scratched one and it looks better. If it doesn't say "BU" it may not be."
