The Perth Mint is a leader in the production of Australian gold coins. Alongside the Royal Australian Mint, Perth produces a wide range of annual bullion issues for the nation and its own lineup of commemorative coin releases. It is important to note, however, that the Perth Mint is owned by the state of Western Australia and is not associated with the Royal Australian Mint in Canberra.

On the obverse side of these Australian Commemorative 10 Gram Gold Coins, you will find a portrait of Queen Elizabeth II. Her official title in Australia is Queen of Australia and her portrait is regularly updated for use on national denominations. The most likely design youll receive in this listing is the Ian Rank-Broadley design created in 1998 and used through 2019 on certain coins. Other options include the Raphael Maklouf design that came before the Ian Rank-Broadley portrait and the Jody Clark design that replaced the Ian Rank-Broadley design.

The reverse face of Australian Commemorative 10 Gram Gold Coins offers varied designs. There is no way of knowing which design you will receive, though one possible option is that of the Koala, a native marsupial that has featured on past 10 Gram Gold Coins from the Perth Mint. However, that should not be taken as a guarantee. All designs are based on availability in our warehouse.

Australian Commemorative 10 Gram Gold Coins are a rare weight that is not often produced in annual collections at the Perth Mint. These coins come from collections that celebrate a specific occasion or moment in history.

Australian Commemorative 10 Gram Gold Coins are available with random date marks and varied designs. These coins are also in varied condition and could be brand new or show signs of wear and tear. We cannot guarantee any of these factors as all coins are chosen at random when your payment is processed. Please note you could receive several matching coins if you buy more than one.
