It shows the Queen in right-profile relief wearing the Girls of Great Britain and Ireland Tiara. The coins issued from 2018 onward in this collection come with the sixth-generation effigy from Jody Clark. This design shows the Queen with the George IV State Diadem Crown and includes her neckline and shoulders for the first time since 1966. Inscriptions include Elizabeth II, Australia, and 100 Dollars. The date mark of each coin is found on this side as well.

Reverse

Swans are depicted in the reverse design of Australian Swan Gold Coins. The images of the swan change on this side of the coin each year. While some designs showcase the brilliance and grace of a mature swan, others feature a family unit with an adult swan swimming along with its hatchlings in a body of water. Inscriptions on this face of the coin read The 1 oz 9999 Australian Gold Swan and the P mint mark of the Perth Mint.
