Designed by Adolph Weinman, the obverse features Lady Liberty walking towards a rising sun. Her shoulders are wrapped in the American flag and she holds laurel branches in her arm. This classic design is paired with inscriptions of “LIBERTY” and “IN GOD WE TRUST,” along with the year of issue. The dates of this product will be random and may or may not include a variety. These off-quality Silver Eagles may show signs of wear, scratches, discolorations, paint, toning, colorization, or other minor damages.
The iconic shield and eagle is seen on the reverse, designed by John Mercanti. A bald eagle with outstretched wings carries a banner in its beak that reads “E PLURIBUS UNUM.” A striped shield rests in front of the great bird, while 13 stars representative of the original colonies sit above its head. Also included are inscriptions of the coin’s weight, purity, and legal tender value. Coins issued from mid-2021 onward have a new soaring bald eagle design from Emily Damstra.
Since the Coinage Act of 1792, the US Mint has come to be known as one of the leading producers of precious metal bullion coins in the world. American Silver Eagles were first produced 1986 and remain a popular choice among collectors and investors. Since 2001, Silver Eagles have been minted at the West Point branch of the US Mint. Additional US Mint facilities are located in San Francisco, Denver, and Philadelphia.
Single Silver Eagles ship in a plastic flip. Multiples may ship in plastic tubes or monster boxes, depending on inventory. Protect your individual Silver Eagles by adding an Air-Tite Plastic Coin Holder to your order.

Can't be happier. I buy for bulk and don't care about scratches. Been great way to stack older Type 1's. Happy as usual with Provident!"

"
I've been buying from Provident every month since 2016. Actually 3 years to the month. When this item is available I jump on it. I've found that Provident and I have a difference in opinion when it comes to "off-quality". These always seem to arrive in great shape! I personally have never received anything less than Bu/Nice in the last three years. They say Off-Quality" I say NOT!"

"
Excitedly awaiting for my first order of cull ASE and I bought 20 from another dealer while waiting for provident to get more in.. And like in above comments they do go very fast! I can't wait to see them and hopefully these will have more of different dates. I will say provident for me and all my purchases their proscess after they've received payment goes thru faster than most dealers.. By far the best packaging and the fastest shipping. I've been very happy with each and every single order... I am so happy with provident and their customer service. And when I found out about provident I stopped ordering from J.M. for a few reasons... Furthermore, I always go to provident for the majority of siver and very competitive prices.."
