The obverse of this silver bar features the coiled rattlesnake that originally appeared in political cartoons from Benjamin Franklin during the French and Indian War. In an effort to unite American Colonies, Franklin drew the hissing snake with the words “Join, or Die.” The inscription “DON’T TREAD ON ME” surrounds the coiled snake, and “AMERICA ESTABLISHED 1776” and “GIVE ME LIBERTY OR GIVE ME DEATH” feature below.
The reverse of this silver bar carries a bald eagle with a banner reading “ETERNAL VIGILANCE”, a quote attributed to Thomas Jefferson. “THE PRICE OF LIBERTY” is inscribed above the eagle, and the bar’s weight and purity are inscribed and below.

I ordered 3 of these bars and received them quickly, even though the description warned of an up to 10 day delay. They’re beautiful though the edges have a few small scratches it’s nothing that bothers me. The designs on the front and reverse are flawless and highly detailed.
My only complaint is the packaging, every bar I received was packaged in its own small zip-lock bag but the bags looked to have been used prior as they had creases and wear marks.
It’s no big deal but a crisp new bag for each would have been nice. Either way I saw these bars in person and placed another larger order that same day because I was so impressed.
I bought these when the price was right and I’m pleased I did. They look great.
