The 10 oz Silver Don’t Tread on Me | Eternal Vigilance bar is the largest offering in our patriotic line of silver bullion. This bar is composed of 10 troy ounces of .999 fine silver, and features creative elements from Benjamin Franklin and Thomas Jefferson.
The 10 oz Silver DTOM bar is minted in an IRA approved facility, insuring that each bar meets the highest standards of quality, and qualifies for inclusion in precious metals IRAs.
The obverse of the 10 oz Silver Bar features a coiled rattlesnake that first appeared on a political cartoon designed by Benjamin Franklin during the French and Indian War to unite the American Colonies. The inscription, “DON’T TREAD ON ME”, surrounds the snake, and “AMERICA Established 1776”, and “GIVE ME LIBERTY or GIVE ME DEATH” is featured below it.
Thomas D. Rogers, formerly of the US Mint, designed the reverse of this silver bar exclusively for Provident Metals. The reverse features a bald eagle above a banner with the inscription “ETERNAL VIGILANCE,” a quote attributed to Thomas Jefferson. “THE PRICE OF LIBERTY” is inscribed above the eagle and banner, and “10 TROY OUNCES .999 FINE SILVER” is inscribed below it.
The 10 oz Silver Don’t Tread on Me | Eternal Vigilance bar joins a family of silver rounds and silver bars. Each of these products has a place in your silver holdings.
Each of these silver bars will ship in mint-fresh condition, individually sealed in poly bags.
When the subtotal of your purchase, including applicable discounts, is $199 or more, you receive free shipping for your entire order. In order to receive free shipping on purchases of $199 or more, you must live within the 50 US states. For orders less than $199, a $9.95 shipping fee applies. All products are discreetly packaged and shipped with full insurance included.
Most Provident orders are shipped within one (1) business day of your payment clearing. Payments made via PayPal clear instantly. Bitcoin payments clear instantly once the transaction is confirmed. Credit Card and bank wire payments process within 1 business day. ACH and paper check payments take 3-5 business days. Once payments are processed, products are released to fulfillment for packaging and shipping.
All orders of $199 or more that are eligible for free shipping are, by default, shipped via a carrier of our choice (USPS or UPS). Depending on the contents and size of your purchase, you may be able to upgrade to a specific carrier during checkout.
For those orders of $999.99 or less, there is no need to sign for your package. However, you may select the option to require a signature at delivery if you want. This can be chosen and paid for at checkout. All orders of $1000 or more require a signature to complete delivery.
Provident is only able to ship to addresses in any of the 50 US states. This includes P.O. boxes and APO addresses.

These bars 10oz have been discontinued. I purchased mine August 2015. These were my first silver rounds and bars. They came packaged in poly bags. Awesome packaging. Great BUY! I purchased the 1oz round, 2oz round, 5oz round and 10oz bars. Not sure if there was a 5oz bar but if it was that is the only one I missed. If you missed out on these 10oz bars and a new design comes out get yours early. Very pleased."

While I’m a practical investor, I decided to purchase these because of the logo. I bought 3 of these just to add to my collection of bars. These came in a cut out sealed sheet of plastic and are very impressive. The lines are sharp and they have a good look to them. Some of the edges on the side of the bar did show blemishes, but nothing that got me upset. I think these are a great product. I wish they’d make them in either the 1 Kilo or 100oz bars though. Great job Provident!
