The newest addition to Provident Metals’ selection of Elemental Cubes has arrived; you can now add the Elemental 7oz Zirconium Cube to your exotic metals bullion collection. Each cube is manufactured by Czar Metals and is composed of 7 AVDP ounces of .992 fine zirconium.
Each beautifully crafted cube measures 1.25″ X 1.25″ X 1.25″ and is stamped with the characteristics of the element, zirconium: the atomic symbol (Zr), atomic number (40), atomic mass (91.224), melting point (1855 celsius), and density 6.52 g/cc. The inscriptions “ZIRCONIUM” and “7 OUNCES” are displayed, as well.
Though zirconium isn’t a particularly rare element, it has an abundance of uses that makes it highly valuable. Since zirconium does not absorb neutrons, it’s a favored material for nuclear applications. Zirconium’s strength and resistance to corrosion make it ideal for other uses such as ceramics, the manufacture of crucibles, foundry bricks, furnace linings, and many uses within the chemical industry. A form of this element is also used to make cubic zirconia, a synthetic gemstone that resembles a diamond.

In order to receive free shipping on purchases of $199 or more, you must live within the 50 US states. For orders less than $199, a $9.95 shipping fee applies. Most Provident orders are shipped within one (1) business day of your payment clearing. Payments made via PayPal clear instantly. Bitcoin payments clear instantly once the transaction is confirmed. Credit Card and bank wire payments process within 1 business day. ACH and paper check payments take 3-5 business days. Once payments are processed, products are released to fulfillment for packaging and shipping.
All orders of $199 or more that are eligible for free shipping are, by default, shipped via a carrier of our choice (USPS or UPS). Depending on the contents and size of your purchase, you may be able to upgrade to a specific carrier during checkout.
For those orders of $999.99 or less, there is no need to sign for your package. However, you may select the option to require a signature at delivery if you want. This can be chosen and paid for at checkout. All orders of $1000 or more require a signature to complete delivery.

I love these 1.25" cubes and I completely agree with other commenters, please continue the series. I'd love to see these in other metals. Silver for sure. Gold and platinum would be cool but $$$ (1.25" cold cube would weight nearly 14oz.!) Aluminum?"
