Battle of the Bullion Birds
While the variations between the two birds are vast, the most visible distinctions are made on popular silver bullion coins -- The American Silver Eagle and Peregrine Falcon.
The two are no strangers on the football field, and they’re set to oppose one another again in this Battle of the Bullion Birds, a competition where the victor will be decided by the number of sales of each coin.
During the clash, ASEs will be available for $2.29 over spot, with Falcons at $2.49 over spot for a limited time only.

While eagles and falcons belong to the same order, there are numerous differences that set the two apart.
Eagles have a larger build and are more aggressive when attacking their prey -- they grab and crush their prey with talons. Falcons dive to surprise their victims and bite with a tomial tooth, which is a keen triangular ridge used to kill food.
Another marked difference is the wings; Falcons have pointed wings, while the eagles are more rounded. Each is also the mascot of a football team.
