Each coin was manufactured at the Pobjoy Mint in England from 1983-1989 and is composed of 1 troy ounce of .9995 pure platinum. Isle of Man coins were legal tender under protection of Great Britain, but had no face value. Their assessment was based completely on bullion content.
The reverse design features a Viking longship sailing the ocean with seagulls on either side. Under the image reads the inscriptions of 1 OZ PLATINUM FINE and ONE NOBLE.
A portrait of a young Queen Elizabeth II graces the obverse. The elegant profile showcases Her Majesty facing right in an elaborate crown, necklace and earrings. She is surrounded by ISLE OF MAN, ELIZABETH II and the date.
Platinum Noble pieces — often named “Manx” — were the first platinum bullion coins created primarily for investors in 1983.

When the subtotal of your purchase, including applicable discounts, is $199 or more, you receive free shipping for your entire order. In order to receive free shipping on purchases of $199 or more, you must live within the 50 US states. For orders less than $199, a $9.95 shipping fee applies. All products are discreetly packaged and shipped with full insurance included.
Most Provident orders are shipped within one (1) business day of your payment clearing. Payments made via PayPal clear instantly. Bitcoin payments clear instantly once the transaction is confirmed. Credit Card and bank wire payments process within 1 business day. ACH and paper check payments take 3-5 business days. For those orders of $999.99 or less, there is no need to sign for your package. However, you may select the option to require a signature at delivery if you want. This can be chosen and paid for at checkout. All orders of $1000 or more require a signature to complete delivery.

"Ok so its a bit weird as its from the Isle of Man and has no currency value. Unlike some other coins it has a cool story behind it and lets face it, if you are buying a coin instead of a bar you want a cool story. Anyone collecting Platinum should have at least one in their collection."
