Due to their long history in the marketplace, Johnson Matthey silver bullion products have earned an esteemed reputation among investors around the world. The Johnson Matthey Corporation was formed in the early nineteenth century and has since become a major British chemical company and a world leader in precious metals distribution.
The Johnson Matthey 100 oz silver bar, along with their other silver bullion products, is hallmark stamped with its purity and weight. The mint no longer produces these bars, so our stock has been sourced through the secondary market. As such, designs may vary and bars may show signs of wear or other imperfections. Please keep in mind that natural oxidation can result in toning on the bars, but this does not impact the value of the silver within.

When the subtotal of your purchase, including applicable discounts, is $199 or more, you receive free shipping for your entire order. In order to receive free shipping on purchases of $199 or more, you must live within the 50 US states. For orders less than $199, a $9.95 shipping fee applies. All products are discreetly packaged and shipped with full insurance included.
Most Provident orders are shipped within one (1) business day of your payment clearing. Payments made via PayPal clear instantly. Bitcoin payments clear instantly once the transaction is confirmed. Credit Card and bank wire payments process within 1 business day. ACH and paper check payments take 3-5 business days. Once payments are processed, products are released to fulfillment for packaging and shipping.
All orders of $199 or more that are eligible for free shipping are, by default, shipped via a carrier of our choice (USPS or UPS). Depending on the contents and size of your purchase, you may be able to upgrade to a specific carrier during checkout.
For those orders of $999.99 or less, there is no need to sign for your package. However, you may select the option to require a signature at delivery if you want. This can be chosen and paid for at checkout. All orders of $1000 or more require a signature to complete delivery.
Provident is only able to ship to addresses in any of the 50 US states. This includes P.O. boxes and APO addresses.

I ordered one of these recently. It has lots of dings and scratches and a large gash down the size. With that said, it has the JM name and comes at an AMAZING bargain! We have to remember they are no longer minted, and are sourced through the secondary market now. It's appropriate to expect some wear and tear here. My bar is like the bathtub pour but with sharp edges instead of rounded edges, more of a boxed shape."

Picked one of these beauties up when they were on sale and it’s awesome. It’s quite a chunk of silver, feels good holding a brick of wealth in your hand. As for provident, packaging was bombproof and once my payment cleared it shipped very quickly, couldn’t be any happier. Only problem is i want more…now!

This was my first 100oz bar purchase which had me very apprehensive to begin with. When I received the package, the exterior of the package was pretty abused from shipping. Inside, Provident took great care to package the bar in several protective layers including bubble-wrap and paper. Surprisingly, I do not believe the bar was damaged at all from it’s rough travel. The bar I received was in a plastic zip-lock baggy. It did have some blemishes on the face but nothing that made me cringe. This poured bar is a stunner and I highly recommend it if you’re looking to get your hands on a 100oz bar! Great job Provident!!

The 100 oz bars are super nice. Not only do they add weight to your stack in a hurry, they are all one of a kind. No two are alike they have their own pour marks and designs. If you do not have one in your collection get one, even if its only a 5 oz pour. You will not be sorry. This is one beauty chunky piece of AG. If you are a bar collector especially in the 100 oz range you really need to add this to your collection. Chunkier than most bars with a beautiful shine you can’t see in the pictures. No serial numbers but who cares. Nice loaf style imperfections on the bottom of the bar. Trusted name and the Provident Process was fast and easy. If you have the means pull the trigger.

heavier than it looks, lets hope you don’t drop this bar on your foot when you open your package. I was nervous about it coming through the mail, but everything went smoothly so I was happy about my purchase. The back of the bar has ripples all over, and it stills shines even after my three year old has played with it for a while. Maybe one day it will pay his way through college, I also thought these bars came with serial numbers on them, but after receiving mines I realized that all of them don’t. The ones with serial numbers all have the same exact numbers printed on them to tell the place and date of the making of that bar, but mines don’t and thats normal. If your buying these to protect your assets like me, then you’ll be happy with your decision. I’ve even had close friends offer me cars for my silver, These bars are a great way to add weight to your silver collection.
