The Nine Worlds of Norse mythology come to life on the Nhggr 5 oz Silver Antique Round, the first release in a new series distributed by Provident Metals. The Nordic Creatures Series, produced by Anonymous Mint, and designed by Howard David Johnson, features 5 stunning designs, straight from the legendary Norse stories. Each 5 oz, .999 fine silver bullion coin adds incredible value to your precious metals portfolio.
The terrifyingly beautiful obverse features Nhggr, the “malice striker” who gnaws the roots of Yggdrasil, the World Tree. The fiery beast stands ready to wreak havoc on Yggdrasil and any who challenge him. Spikes and scales riddle his body, providing warning to those who might provoke him.
The World Tree, Yggdrasil, is featured on the reverse. This enormous ash tree is home to the Nine Worlds, and Odin uses its trunk to travel from one world to another. Beneath the tree, the gods meet daily to decide on what is just and unjust. A stag nibble at the branches, while a raven is perched upon a limb and a serpent slithers throughout the roots. “5 OZ .999 FINE SILVER” is inscribed along the bottom of the round.
Each 5 oz round is antiqued, edge numbered, and ships in a plastic capsule with a certificate of authenticity.

When the subtotal of your purchase, including applicable discounts, is $199 or more, you receive free shipping for your entire order. In order to receive free shipping on purchases of $199 or more, you must live within the 50 US states. For orders less than $199, a $9.95 shipping fee applies. All products are discreetly packaged and shipped with full insurance included.
Most Provident orders are shipped within one (1) business day of your payment clearing. Payments made via PayPal clear instantly. Bitcoin payments clear instantly once the transaction is confirmed. Credit Card and bank wire payments process within 1 business day. ACH and paper check payments take 3-5 business days. Once payments are processed, products are released to fulfillment for packaging and shipping.
All orders of $199 or more that are eligible for free shipping are, by default, shipped via a carrier of our choice (USPS or UPS). Depending on the contents and size of your purchase, you may be able to upgrade to a specific carrier during checkout.
For those orders of $999.99 or less, there is no need to sign for your package. However, you may select the option to require a signature at delivery if you want. This can be chosen and paid for at checkout. All orders of $1000 or more require a signature to complete delivery.
Provident is only able to ship to addresses in any of the 50 US states. This includes P.O. boxes and APO addresses.

Norse Mythology has always been a favorite of mine but the subject matter and detail in the Nidhoggr is too amazing to pass up. Cant wait to see if there will be other Nordic creatures and what they will be. I have bought both proof and Antique in both sizes and they are worth every penny, especially being the first of a series."

Really enjoying this round. The antique finish is done perfectly. Both sides are very detailed and visually appealing and the antique finish brings the details out well. I almost always avoid silver with a higher premium and prefer bullion instead but I bought this round as soon as I saw it because I knew I would enjoy it so much. I am eagerly awaiting the rest of the series.
