When the subtotal of your purchase, including applicable discounts, is $199 or more, you receive free shipping for your entire order. In order to receive free shipping on purchases of $199 or more, you must live within the 50 US states. For orders less than $199, a $9.95 shipping fee applies. All products are discreetly packaged and shipped with full insurance included.
Most Provident orders are shipped within one (1) business day of your payment clearing. Payments made via PayPal clear instantly. Bitcoin payments clear instantly once the transaction is confirmed. Credit Card and bank wire payments process within 1 business day. ACH and paper check payments take 3-5 business days. Once payments are processed, products are released to fulfillment for packaging and shipping.
All orders of $199 or more that are eligible for free shipping are, by default, shipped via a carrier of our choice (USPS or UPS). Depending on the contents and size of your purchase, you may be able to upgrade to a specific carrier during checkout.
For those orders of $999.99 or less, there is no need to sign for your package. However, you may select the option to require a signature at delivery if you want. This can be chosen and paid for at checkout. All orders of $1000 or more require a signature to complete delivery.
Provident is only able to ship to addresses in any of the 50 US states. This includes P.O. boxes and APO addresses.

I finally contacted PAMP Suisse by e-mail to find out how to open these boxes. They sent me a short video, all that is needed to open is to insert a flat ruler between the blue bottom and clear top lid and pry it slightly, this will override the catch and allow the lid to separate from the blue box. Piece of cake (after I fooled with it for about 4 weeks)."

I have been trying for 10 days to get the lid off this box, The way it's made, I may have to destroy the lid to get it off. Certainly not what I expected, and not user-friendly. I'm not stupid, but I can't see any way to open this without breaking part of it."

I received my Pamp storage box yesturday, and it's going to work perfect for holding my Pamp gold cards and probably any other cards I'm getting. The top was pretty hard to get off, but thats ok. I put the tray upside down in the top and it held it tight that way. Now when I fill it up, I'll flip it back over, and lock my gold in it. Using it like this works great in my safe too! Really helps keep my safe organized! Thanks Provident for selling these. Great way to repurpose an item! I'll be getting another one later."

Excellent case, looks brand new with original stickers. The case itself is very strong and very tightly closed. So tight it really takes a bit to get it open.
The slots for the Pamp bars are a lot wider than I thought, it does have a loose fit. But non the less, it works perfectly for Pamp bullion storage. Thanks Provident Metals! :)" |
