The reverse displays a shield with “USA” engraved on it. Inscriptions of “MAGNESIUM,” “.999 FINE” and “ONE AVDP OUNCE” encircle the image.

I ordered this round along with the titanium, copper, and silver versions of the Standing Liberty for display, to show the differences between the metals that share a common design. This one is by far the largest, with a modest diameter of 38.5mm but with an amazing thickness of 14mm (1/2 inch)! It is much more a cylinder than a round. As much as I like this coin, I am slightly disappointed that the stamping is so shallow. This may be due to the round being magnesium.
Overall, it is a thick round and I enjoy it very much, but I do remove a star for the shallow stamping.
