Manufactured in the United States, the U.S. Coast Guard Silver Round contains 1 oz. of .999 fine silver. Founded in 1790 by Alexander Hamilton, the U.S. Coast Guard is an official branch of the U.S. Armed Forces. The Coast Guard has three recurring roles: to enforce maritime safety, security, and stewardship. In addition, the Coast Guard manages the National Response Center which is the main source for contact in any environmental disaster, such as an oil or chemical spill that might occur within the United States or its territories. The obverse side of the round features the Coast Guard logo. The emblem displays two crossed anchors with a shield in the middle. The phrase “United States Coast Guard” along with the date of its origination, 1790, encircle the shield. The reverse side features the words “One Troy Ounce .999 Fine Silver” along with an embellished design that rims that outer edge of the coin. The middle of the round is left blank in order to leave space for customized engravings and personalized inscriptions.

In order to receive free shipping on purchases of $199 or more, you must live within the 50 US states. For orders less than $199, a $9.95 shipping fee applies. For those orders of $999.99 or less, there is no need to sign for your package. However, you may select the option to require a signature at delivery if you want. This can be chosen and paid for at checkout. All orders of $1000 or more require a signature to complete delivery.
