These 1928 Pre-33 $20 Saint Gaudens Double Eagle Gold Coins are available in Mint State 64 condition. Coins in this remarkable condition exhibit an average mint luster, a few small grouped contact marks, one or two moderate marks, and one or two small hairline patches.
Obverse
The obverse design of the 1928 Pre-33 Saint-Gaudens Double Eagles showcases the captivating image of Lady Liberty. She strides elegantly towards the viewer, surrounded by radiant rays of sunshine and a circle of stars. Inscriptions include LIBERTY and 1928.
Reverse
On the reverse side, you’ll find a majestic American bald eagle soaring through the sky, gracefully passing over the horizon with the rising sun. History
After briefly issuing the coins in the Saint-Gaudens Double Eagle Series in 1907 without the national motto, it was added later in the year and went into wider production in 1908. The national motto of IN GOD WE TRUST was added to the reverse between the sun and its rays.

For those orders of $999.99 or less, there is no need to sign for your package. However, you may select the option to require a signature at delivery if you want. This can be chosen and paid for at checkout. All orders of $1000 or more require a signature to complete delivery.
