Obverse
The obverse side of the 2024 British Britannia proudly presents the dignified profile of King Charles III. This portrait by Martin Jennings features His Majesty without a crown, adhering to British tradition for male monarchs. Inscriptions include CHARLES III, D.G. REX. F.D., and 100 POUNDS.
Reverse
Turning to the reverse side, you’ll find Philip Nathan’s interpretation of Britannia, the iconic symbol. She stands majestically, facing forward, holding a trident in her right hand and an olive branch in her left. The inscriptions read BRITANNIA, 2023, 1 OZ, 999.9, and FINE GOLD.
History
In 1987, when the Royal Mint introduced the Gold Britannia Series, Her Late Majesty Queen Elizabeth II graced the obverse. Over time, three distinct portraits of Queen Elizabeth II graced these coins. However, history was made in 2023 when King Charles III ascended the throne, bringing with him a fresh portrait.

For those orders of $999.99 or less, there is no need to sign for your package. However, you may select the option to require a signature at delivery if you want. This can be chosen and paid for at checkout. All orders of $1000 or more require a signature to complete delivery.
