My first 5 oz bars (SOLID!) and I could not be happier! Most importantly, is Provident Metals pricing and service!
Myself and others shopped other sites. After sometime, they got bigger, started maximizing their premiums or increased their order size requirements (or both), service slipped, long delivery delays, higher postage and in some cases, mysteriously, "prices dropped suddenly no stock...?!" It's good to see there is still somewhere for the little guy and gal to turn to! Please keep it up! -

Wow!, fast shipping. beautiful 5 oz bar individually wrapped and sealed for protection, and long storage. i will definitely recommend this item. Great way to start my small portfolio. buy now for your future. id rather have true money is weight rather than paper. in my opinion that is. thanks guys at provident metal. will definitely buy more.

I just got mine in the mail today. The bar came sealed very well in plastic and was in brand new condition. That should help preserve the bar and keep it looking fresh and new. I like the size of these 5 oz. bars. I normally buy 10 oz NTR bars. From now on I'll be buying both.

I recently ordered 10 of these bars from Provident Metals. This was my 2nd order from them. There was a snafu in the order due to a computer database problem. The computer said that there were more bars in stock than there actually were. This caused my shipment to be delayed by a couple of weeks. The order price remained the same, though, which was good. Provident also added a very nice Indian Head 1/4 oz. round as a bonus, so all is forgiven! :-)
When the bars did arrive, I was VERY impressed with them. They are fairly small but also hefty. I love the finish on them, so bright. Each one was individually sealed in plastic, which will keep them looking like new for a very long time. This is much appreciated. Thanks, Provident! I don't plan to sell these any time soon, but it will be good to have them in like-new condition when that time comes. Good looking things are always easier to sell and usually bring a better price than things that aren't so nice. I also like the individual serial numbers on each bar. I have them secured but if they are even stolen, these serial numbers could be a way of identifying any of them recovered by the police or the crook who tries to sell them. >:-]
I would recommend these bars and Provident Metals to friends and family and would not hesitate to buy from Provident in the future.

SilverTown bar is numbered and MUCH less expensive here than APMEX.
All around, a great experience.
Will buy more of these and their 1oz/10oz cousins when they become available.

They are nice in size and weight. Bought 2 of these to take advantage of the recent drop in price. Most likely will add more later. Wasn't my first choice design but was reasonable and glad I made the purchase. Solid pristine bars.

Shipping Information
Orders are shipped only after receipt of good funds. Orders paid by bank wire, credit card or postal money orders usually ship within 3-5 business days. Orders paid by personal check, cashier’s check or bank money order are held until funds fully clear (at least 6 business days and as many as 10 business days) before processing.
A majority of orders are shipped via USPS. FedEx, UPS and Brinks are also used on occasion at our discretion. If you would like to use a specific shipping service, please contact Customer Service at (877) 429-8790 for a custom shipping quote.
All orders are shipped fully insured.
Multiple orders cannot be combined to save on shipping or for any other purpose.
All packages over $50 require a signature to be received.
All packages shipped via USPS will be shipped First Class, Priority or Express Mail.
All orders totaling $5,000 or more will be shipped USPS Priority Registered Mail.
You will be notified by email when your package(s) ships. To protect our customers and Provident Metals from possible fraudulent activity, we do not provide tracking numbers on orders placed with credit cards.
All packages are shipped securely in inconspicuous packaging and give no indication of contents. Boxes may or may not be addressed from “Provident”.
Some oversized packages may be shipped Federal Express or UPS.
We offer flat rate shipping based upon each order’s subtotal.
