The Golden State Mint (GSM) is one of the foremost private mints in the United States. It produces one-of-a-kind design collections and offers these images on bullion specimens that other mints dont choose to strike, such as fractional-ounce silver rounds, gold rounds, and varying copper round weights. Its newest series is the Silver Eagle Round Series. Right now, you can buy 1/4 oz Silver Eagle Rounds online at Provident Metals.
Provident Metals is pleased to offer the new 1/4 oz Silver Eagle Round to you in new condition from GSM. The rounds in this weight are packaged individually, up to six rounds purchased, in protective flips. Multiples are available in plastic tubes of up to 20 rounds or boxes of 980 rounds. The box can hold a total of 245 Troy oz of .999 pure silver in those 980 rounds.
The obverse of the Silver Eagle Round from GSM features two different depictions of the American bald eagle. The head of the massive aerial predator is featured in the background in right-profile relief with its keen gaze fixed on an item in the distance. In the foreground, a smaller eagle swoops into view and extends its wings to engulf the left side and bottom field of the design rim. Inscriptions on this side include the US National Motto of IN GOD WE TRUST, and the words STRENGTH, FREEDOM, and PRIDE.
On the reverse side of 1/4 oz Silver Eagle Rounds, you will find the American flag. Developed during the American Revolution, the basic American flag has always featured 13 stars of alternating red and white. The original designs of the American flag had a blue field with a circle of 13 white stars. Todays flag has those same stripes and blue field, but now boasts 50 white stars in the field. In this silver design, the flag gently flaps in the breeze. Inscriptions include QUARTER TROY OUNCE, .999 FINE SILVER, and GOLDEN STATE MINT.
The Golden State Mint was founded in 1974 and boasts more than 45 years of experience in the precious metals industry. Specializing in gold, silver, and copper rounds, Golden State Mint continues to meet the demands of its customers from its Central Florida base of operations.
