Most 1 oz Copper Bars are available as minted ingots with designs that vary from mint-unique imagery or former circulation currency designs. As examples of common obverse images, you could find Walking Liberty, Saint-Gaudens Liberty, or the Morgan Dollar designs. Walking Liberty was designed in 1916 by Adolph A. Weinman and featured on the US half dollar until 1947. It is now the official obverse design of the American Eagle Silver bullion coin.

The Saint-Gaudens Liberty image was created in 1907 for the $20 Double Eagle Gold Coin and used in circulation until 1933. It was revived in 1986 as the face of the American Eagle Gold bullion coin. The Morgan Dollar was designed in 1878 by George T. Morgan and used on the US silver dollar coin until 1921.

These are just a few examples of designs you could receive in this listing. These images are mentioned to help envision what you could receive but do not serve as a guarantee of what you will receive.

Copper is a unique metal that was the first-ever worked by human hands. Ancient civilizations began working with copper as early as 5,000 BC. It was the first metal worked by human hands because it is the only metal that can easily be worked by hand in its native state without any melting or other changes.
