Highlights:
Each of the medals in this listing arrive in BU condition. Medals in this condition will show no signs of wear and tear. However, minor flaws such as breaks in the luster, spotted surfaces, and contact marks are possible.
Obverse
On the obverse face of each of these medals, you will see the image of Do ggae bi on the battle shield of Chiwoo Cheonwang. Do ggae bi is a mythical being that is similar to a ghost or monster. He has been used by Koreans to ward away evil spirits with his scary appearance.
Reverse
The reverse side of each medal shows the image of Gallus. In the image, he is dressed in full battle regalia. The light of Gallus was said to have helped disperse the demons on the battlefield. Gallus had a powerful roar, which was used to instill fear in even the evilest demons. It is said that the point of his helmet allowed him to see future events.
History
KOMSCOs first release in the Twelve Guardian Series is Gallus. These medals are available in both gold and silver. The medals are available in bullion versions as well as proof version. The other 11 guardians will also be featured in the series.
