Obverse
The obverse of the Silver Lunar Tiger Bar features a depiction of the tiger. In this design, the tiger is shown climbing down the front face of a tree trunk. The tiger uses its powerful, large paws and sharp claws to securely grip the trunk of the tree as it stealthily climbs down to stalk its next victim. The only inscription on this face of the bar is the Chinese symbol for a tiger.
Reverse
On the reverse side of 10 Gram Silver Lunar Tiger Bars is an image of that same tiger from the other side of the tree. This design shows the tiger from the opposite side of the trunk with most of its body obscured by the trunk of the tree. You can, however, see the tigers tail through a Y-branch in the middle of the trunk. Inscriptions on this side include PAMP SUISSE, 10 G SILVER 999, the unique serial number of the bar, and the certified assayers mark.
History
2022 marks the first appearance of the Water Tiger in the Zodiac in several generations. The last time the Water Tiger featured in the Zodiac was 1962. There are 5 different versions of each animal, each one representing the five major elements: metal, wood, water, fire, and Earth. As such, each of the individual five appears every 60 years, with the general animal appearing every 12 years.
