They tested precious metals and supplied materials to industries in London. Although the precious metals part got sold to Asahi Refining in 2016, CNT is making the Johnson Matthey logo shine again on these new silver bars.

The front of the 100 oz Johnson Matthey Silver Bar proudly displays the famous logo. It features a diamond with “JM” initials and the refiner’s name. You’ll also find key details like weight, metal content, and purity. Inscriptions on the obverse read JOHNSON MATTHEY, 100 OZ, and 999. The back of the bar is intentionally left blank.

History

Johnson Matthey played a big role in the precious metals world with locations across North America. Even though they sold off the precious metals part in 2016, CNT has brought the brand’s logo back on these bars, keeping its history alive.
