History
Morgan Dollar Silver Coins were minted annually from 1878 to 1904 and had a one-year return in 1921. With a total striking exceeding 656 million, over 131 million originated from the San Francisco Mint. While five branches of the US Mint produced these coins, only the Philadelphia Mint and San Francisco Mint did so consistently.
