The 2009 20th Anniversary Austrian Gold Philharmonic 20 oz Coin was released with a limited mintage of only 6,027 coins. The Austrian Mint released coins in this series to places in Europe, North America, and Japan, with only 2,009 coins allotted to each region. The 2009 coin has a face value of 2,000 euros and commemorates the Austrian Philharmonic with imagery of musical instruments used in the orchestra.

Obverse

The obverse of the 2009 20th Anniversary Austrian Gold Philharmonic 20 oz Coin shows an image of the pipe organ from a very prestigious concert hall in Vienna called Musikverein. At this concert hall, the great pipe organ is fixed on the wall and used while the orchestra performs. On the obverse of the 2009 coin is also the face value of the coin, the coins year, the weight and purity of the coin, and the inscription REPUBLIK OSTERREICH.

Reverse

On the reverse of the 2009 20th Anniversary Austrian Gold Philharmonic 20 oz Coin, an assortment of musical instruments is pictured to represent what is popular and played in the orchestra. The instruments pictured on the 2009 coin include four violins, a harp, a cello, a bassoon, and a French horn. The reverse of the 2009 coin also includes the inscription WIENER PHILHARMONIKER. Both the obverse and reverse designs on the 2009 coin were created by the Chief Engraver of the Austrian Mint, Thomas Pesendorfer.

In order to receive free shipping on purchases of $199 or more, you must live within the 50 US states. For orders less than $199, a $9.95 shipping fee applies. Can I choose the method of shipping?

All orders of $199 or more that are eligible for free shipping are, by default, shipped via a carrier of our choice (USPS or UPS). Depending on the contents and size of your purchase, you may be able to upgrade to a specific carrier during checkout.

Will I need to sign for my package?

For those orders of $999.99 or less, there is no need to sign for your package. However, you may select the option to require a signature at delivery if you want. This can be chosen and paid for at checkout. All orders of $1000 or more require a signature to complete delivery.

What about International Orders?

Provident is only able to ship to addresses in any of the 50 US states. This includes P.O. boxes and APO addresses.
