The Star Trek Deep Space 9 series was the first spinoff in the Star Trek franchise that didnt feature the direct involvement of Roddenberry. The obverse side of the 2015 Proof Tuvalu Star Trek Deep Space 9 1 oz Silver Coin features the 1998 right-profile portrait of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth, as imagined by Ian Rank-Broadley’s portrait of Queen Elizabeth II. Her Majestys effigy is featured in the center of the design, with her name engraved above, and the phrase 1 Dollar Tuvalu 2015 engraved below.

Reverse

The reverse side of the 2015 Tuvalu Star Trek Deep Space 9 1 oz Silver Coin features the image of the Deep Space 9 space station. The space station is depicted in silver, with the immediate background offering a brilliantly colored depiction of space.
