The reverse of this 10 oz silver coin features the Armenian coat of arms surrounded by the coin’s weight, purity, face value and year of issue. “REPUBLIC OF ARMENIA” is inscribed around the rim in Armenian and English.

I am not much one for numismatics. If I buy silver it is as an investment, usually, not to collect pretty coins. This 10 oz. Noah's Ark coin was an exception, though. I liked the look of it and it was not a high premium over spot. I partly just liked the idea of having a coin that big.
Anyway, I like it even more than expected. It is truly a beautiful coin and so substantive in your hand. It comes in perfect plastic holder to protect it. I just keep holding it and looking at it, not really my usual reaction to silver. Thanks, Armenia, for minting this lovely coin!" |
