The creatively designed reverse celebrates 2017- the Year of the Rooster. Each reverse features the hardworking rooster, tending to his hen and baby chicks. The Chinese symbol for rooster, along with bamboo and leaves, add dimension to the field.

In order to receive free shipping on purchases of $199 or more, you must live within the 50 US states. For orders less than $199, a $9.95 shipping fee applies. "I really like the design of this Year of the Rooster coin. It's a rooster looking over his family. The coin is thinner than the average coin, so it gives it more space for the design and makes it stand out among other coins. I really like these coins that have a shiny image set against a matte background. Also, this is the third Perth mint coin I've purchased. I really like that they come in their own plastic capsule, so I don't have to worry about it tarnishing if I handle it. I'm looking forward to buying Perth's Year of the Dog next year!"

” BEAUTIFUL!! !! … ” Pictures do not do this very Beautiful Coin Justice!! The coin arrived in an individual capsule to further protect the coin. Just LOVE LOVE LOVE the way the Rooster, Hen and their chicks just POP OUT at you when looking at it in the sunlight!! I just LOVE THIS COIN Design!!
THANKFULLY, Provident was able too get this coin for me. They were OUT OF STOCK on it, and being a prior year issue ~ 2017, and the 2018 Lunar Issue was out now, they might not get it, but I was told they would let their Purchasing Department know my request. About 2 weeks later, I received an Email from Provident that they just got “1” of these coins in and if I wanted too “BUY NOW” it was available. Of course, I clicked the BUY link ASAP.
